On Tuesday, 01/20/09, the BESST Center will join Rea Elementary  in an all-site earthquake drill at 1:15pm.
Here’s what you can do to prepare:
Prior to the Drill
Grey font = recommended but not required

Instruct your students how to Drop, Cover and Hold On! 
Listen to audio drill broadcast files with your class in English and/or Spanish

Radio operators should switch from channel 1 to 2 for communication with Rea.
We need room key for WIC.
Search & Rescue partners need to work together, not separately, for their own safety and efficacy.
We need a key that opens all rooms for Search & Rescue team.

Adult Education at the BESST Center, in coordination with Rea Elementary, Health Services, Hope Clinic, and Language & Assessment Center will have a Lockdown Drill on Friday, December 19th at 9:45am.  Break will be from 9:20-9:35am on this day only.
Please review the BESST Center Lockdown Procedures prior to next Friday’s drill.  Thank you, Team!
